To be at your best, you need above else to feel happy, and good about life.
A coaching method that really helps is the Wheel of Life.
It’s pretty simple:
Wheel of Life
1. Make a circle and divide it into the main areas of your life
Usually I use these: Family & Friends, Personal Development, Spirituality, Finances, Career, Romantic Relationship, Fun, Contribution, Health/Fitness, Physical Environment.
2. Give each one a score from 0 to 10
3. Then make plans to upgrade the areas that have a value below 8.

Some questions you can do for each area below 8 (to understand better what’s not working and to create a new vision):
- What’s missing in this area?
- If you were evaluating this area in about three years, what has to have happened in your life so you can be happy with your progress?
After you know what you want, make a written plan with the steps to get there.
Focus only on one area at a time! Start with the one that feels most important to you. The one that can influence all others the most.
When you have all the areas of your life at level 8 to 10, you’ll feel good about your life, for sure!!!
