Today I wanted to talk about coaching and how I can help you. Coaching is a tool that helps you to act, to remove blocks you may have, that stop you from taking action. And it also helps you know yourself better.

I took a coaching course because I realized that, no matter how much we change on the exterior, real lasting change comes from the inside. I changed my image and style the most when I went inside, and figured out why I had certain behaviors and thoughts that didn’t help me, at all.

I realized that, for my clients, it’s not only about changing the exterior and expecting everything to be fine. We also need to change inside. Or you won’t have great results, on the one hand. And on the other hand, the change is only temporary.

Here’s an example:

When I learned to dress better and have a style that I liked, I still didn’t feel confident in all situations. Why? Because confidence doesn’t come only from the way we dress. It also comes from a series of other inner things, which have to do with the way you think, how you see yourself, etc. So the lack of confidence I felt about my clothes was just a symptom of another major lack of confidence.

The problem is that, if you don’t change inside, the exterior will stay the same. For example, if you don’t believe it’s possible for you, you end up sabotaging and not having the results you expect.

A coach, or mentor, who teaches you and helps you commit to your decisions and move forward, won’t do the job for you. Your results will depend 100% on you. Because at the end of the day, you’re the only one who can change your style and your life. You’re the one who knows what’s inside you and what’s right for you. A coach will help you remove the inner blocks that stop you from reaching what you want on the exterior.

If you’re not aware of these blocks, if you believe in things that don’t let you move forward, your outer reality may change temporarily, but then it will align with what you believe.

For example, if you believe you have no style, you can learn a lot and for a while get better at it. But then you go back to the old habits and you don’t know why. The reason is that you don’t believe that you have style, you believe that you don’t. And your outer reality will always align with what you believe.

The good news is that it’s possible to discover your beliefs and blocks that stop you from moving forward and change them.
