In this post I’m going to talk about 3 tips to choose the best belts.

This is the fourth post from the 7 posts accessories series.

Belts are an essential accessory because they easily change your outfit and pieces. They can also change the style of your outfit. A statement belt can transform a simple piece into a fabulous outfit.

So here are…

3 Tips to Choose the Best Belts

  1. Usually thin/medium belts are more discreet and easy to wear. Large belts call for attention and are more statement.
  2. Leather belts are great, because they last longer and go well with everything. If you want chicer belts, choose stone embelishments, for example.
  3. If you don’t have belts, start with a thin or medium one, in black, camel or taupe. They’re basics and you can make lots of different outfits using them. If you already have the basics, go for something different, like a big and original buckle.

P.S. Do you feel lost making outfits? Confused about combining different pieces? Accessories create a lot of doubt. Because a big part of your outfit are accessories.

To start off, you have the bag and shoes. Then glasses or sunglasses. Usually we like to wear some jewellery. Finally there are accessories that you can wear or not, but make all the difference like scarves during winter or belts.

The secret of a great outfit and piece is in the details. And accessories are also details, of course!

I launched a new accessories program today called How to Wear Accessories Well. It’s 7 days with videos/audios/texts for each type of accessory. You’ll have challenges to do each day and I’ll help you with any doubts you have. We already started today so you still have time to get in.
