Do you usually run around doing all the things?

I’ve been noticing when I do that, so I can feel calmer and at the same time, more abundant…

When we’re running around, doing things at the last minute, or when we let time go by and then we have to run around to arrive on time, we’re always sending the same message:

There’s lack, in this case, of time.

If we really believed in an abundant Universe, and that we always have time for everything, we wouldn’t need to be running around right?

If you really felt abundant, that the Universe is abundant, that you are abundant in every way, you’d probably do things calmly, you’d take the time you need and you’d have the same or better results.

I’m not saying to do things too slowly but doing them at the needed speed, so it’s a calm process.

I remembered this the other day, when I was making the bed at full speed ahead ;) and I realised I was in anxiety. And it was during the weekend… ;)

I got used to do things this way. Like I never have enough time. Like I have to run to arrive on time. Or to do anything at all.

And now I want to create a new habit of doing things calmly. Rapidly yes but knowing that I have all the time in the world because time is relative and it expands so I’m able to do everything I want and need, always.

I think my new belief will be: I always have time for everything I need and want, every day.

How we do one thing is how we do everything.

If you don’t feel abundant about time, it’s only natural that you don’t feel abundant with other stuff!

To find out where you can feel more abundant, answer this question:

Where am I running around? Where don’t I feel abundant? How can I feel more abundant today, in this area?
