Today I want to tell you about being and feeling powerful!

When do you feel the most powerful?

This is an exercise I loved from a mindset course that I’m doing. It has lots of great journaling exercises.

This is one of them:

Answer the prompt: “I am the most powerful when I… “

Here are some things I wrote:

  1. I am at my most powerful when I love myself
  2. I am at my most powerful when I do what I love
  3. I am at my most powerful when I eat well
  4. I am at my most powerful when I exercise
  5. I am at my most powerful when I walk
  6. I am at my most powerful when I do whatever I want
  7. I am at my most powerful when I listen to music
  8. I am at my most powerful when I accept my past
  9. I am at my most powerful when I’m grateful and calm
  10. I am at my most powerful when I believe in myself
  11. I am at my most powerful when I feel beautiful
  12. I am at my most powerful when I go to the hairdresser or arrange my hair
  13. I am at my most powerful when I choose a beautiful outfit or great gym clothes
  14. I am at my most powerful when I know that I create my own reality
  15. I am at my most powerful when I decide

That’s really simple to know:

Answer the prompt: “I feel most powerful when I …” . Repeat 30 times or more.

If you’re like me, you’ll get some results you weren’t expecting and you’ll also understand better what makes you more powerful.

Then you just have to apply it and feel more powerful every day :)
