Today I wanted to tell you about showing up, always. Because it’s not that easy…
80% of success is showing up…
How do you need to show up? How to show up, really?
Well, you just sit down and open your laptop and do your work, for example. Which can be writing, sharing, creating content and giving and helping people.
You enter the flow and you do whatever comes to you. That’s the right thing to do. What your intuition shows you.
You never need to worry about the next step because it’s always shown to you.
So, yeah, that’s just it right there. Showing up is what makes the difference.
Showing up no matter what. No matter how you feel. When you feel great and when you feel down. Or not so great. Or that you don’t really know what you’re doing (You always know really).
Showing up for everything you want in your life, it’s just making the time and then sitting on the chair and starting to write. Or starting the workout. Or having a healthy meal.
Showing up for yourself is about doing what’s best for you, doing what you know is needed, is required and is the best for you.
Showing up as your best version. Starts with just showing up. That’s the hardest part. Saying to yourself: now it’s time for this, and I’m going to do it.
I think one of the best ways for me to show up is to take care of myself first. Or second. But doing it always, every day. Exercising, eating well, sleeping well, doing what I want and like to do. Not what I think I have to do for others or because it’s what society says it’s the right thing to do.
So how are you showing up today?
In relation to your image and style, are you showing up? Are you taking the time and scheduling the time you need to look your best? Are you learning how to do it?
Are you going to the hairdresser if you think that’s what makes you happy and more beautiful? Or wearing makeup or buying some new clothes that really excite you? Instead of the boring ones you’re tired of?
It’s not about buying a lot, but it sure feels nice to buy something new and exciting to wear. And you can do it just a few times per year. But, are you doing it?
So here are some journaling questions for you: How are you going to show up for each area of your life? How are you going to show up as the best version of you? And how are you going to show up for your image and style?
Lots of love,
