Today I wanted to tell you about your plan for reaching your dreams.

If you’re following a plan, if you have some actions you’re taking to have more love, or more money, or to work on doing what you love…

It’s important to be aware of the energy you put into those actions.

Because if you’re coming from a place of feeling you’re not doing things right, it’s not working, you can’t do it…

That’s what you put into your action.

And that’s what will be in your action.

And so your action won’t be effective. It won’t work as you expect it too.

If you have the right mindset like: I’m doing the right thing, it’s working, step by step I’ll get there…

That’s what will be in your action.

You are transmitting that energy to the World, to others.

And that’s what you receive.

So it’s not as much what you do, it’s how you do it!

how you feel as you do it.

how you think as you do it.

what you expect.

what you unconsciously believe.

so it’s easy to understand that the best action is one that you can get behind of.

If you feel you love to do this. If you think you want to do this. If you expect this to work. If deep down, you really want it to work.

For example, if you’re acting for your career and you want to ask for a promotion. Or if you want to work on your purpose.

If you go out there feeling that you won’t get it, you can’t do it, it’s impossible for you, that’s what you receive. And you won’t get that promotion, or you won’t be able to work on your purpose.

On the other hand if you go with the mindset of: I can do it, I will get it, it’s just how it will be… that’s what you receive. Or you’ll get closer to receiving it.

So what can you do?

Check out how you’re acting. Your energy. How are you acting? What are you thinking? What do you believe?

And if you want something and you just can’t get there, no matter what you do, ask yourself:

What am I afraid of?

If this happens, what’s the downside?

If you have an unconscious conflict, you won’t be able to get what you desire, because you don’t really want it.

And a great way to find it is through journaling or 1:1 coaching.

Journaling helps you access your unconscious – just write without thinking or editing.

1:1 coaching helps you access your unconscious too – many times the coach can see what you can’t see, because we’re looking from outside. And we know how to change your unconscious thoughts, feelings, beliefs.

So here are some next steps:

  1. Monitor how you’re feeling, what you’re thinking, throughout the day. A good way to be more aware is to start meditating. Start with 10 minutes in the morning.
  2. Journal about: If I get this, what is the downside?
