Today I wanted to tell you about being calm! πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

Maybe you feel anxiety from time to time or you feel it a lot, like me.

Why do you feel anxious?

Mostly, because of fear of the future.

We are afraid of something that might happen.

So what are you afraid of?

Maybe you can’t figure it out. It’s just that anxious feeling that you can’t seem to let go of.

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ But one thing you can do is stay with that feeling, and see what it has to tell you.

The fear has a message.

And afterwards you can see what the feeling needs and it will be a calmer feeling.

🌹 Maybe you see yourself looking at a field of poppies.

🌹 I get that image a lot in my visualizations because there used to be a big field of poppies in my grandparents country house. And when I see myself there, I feel super calm. I love all the red. I stand there just looking, and feeling amazing.

So what can bring you back to calm?

When you’re calm, you’re more powerful. Because you aren’t coming from fear.

While when you’re anxious, and if you label it as anxiety, you’ll want to stop it.

Just accept it and be with it. Let it be there. It’s your friend.

All emotions are good and we don’t need to label them.

And as you accept it and hear it, maybe you’ll start having more feelings. More emotions.

All of the emotions.

That’s a complete life :)

🐲 So what can you do to calm your anxiety? 🐲

➑️ Stop running away from it.

Let it be there.

Love it, accept it. See it as part of yourself and be ok with it. No problem at all.

And right there, it loses it’s power. The bad associations. The bad stories.

Excitment feels the same way as anxiety. It’s just what you decide to call it, that gives it a bad reputation ;)

So your job is to be calm, but better yet, your job is to be ok with all the emotions.

And when you do that, you are naturally calm.

What’s worse than feeling anxious?

Feeling anxious about feeling anxious!

➑️ You can do anything while feeling anxious.

And as your ego sees that you keep going, maybe it’ll stop sending you anxiety to stop you.

And as you accept all of you, anxiety can’t stop you anymore. It’s ok to be anxious.

It’s ok to be calm.

Everything is great!

Everything is helping you grow.
