Are you in that position where you’re doing all the work, you’re doing the right things, and still what you want isn’t here?

And you start to get impatient, doubting yourself, doubting everything you’ve been doing?

🧘‍♀️ One great way to get on the right track again is talking with your Inner Adam. The Inner Adam is the part of you that’s connected to Spirit. The part of you that tells you the right things :)

And if you talk to your Inner Adam, he’ll probably tell you to keep going, that you’re doing the right things, and he’ll congratulate you!

🤸‍♀️Celebrate you!🤸‍♀️

🍀You’ve been doing the right things, you’ve been working all right, everything is coming to you.

🍀You don’t need to be afraid, or doubtful or frustrated.

🍀Everything will come at the right time.

🍀Everything around you is contributing to your advancement.

As long as you know where you’re going, you’ll definitely get there.

So what to do when you doubt yourself?

🎯Talk to your Inner Adam. Do a quick meditation – or a long one ;) – where you let your Inner Adam come to you, and talk to him. He also is the masculine in you, so you can see him as an image of a man but it can also be an animal, just see what comes up for you.

Ask him about what you’ve been doing and let him tell you all the good things you need to hear!

You are on the right path. You’re perfect just as you are. You can create anything you want!

✍️And another thing you can do is journal about what could be wrong with your vision, with the thing you want.

Because sometimes we think we want something, but unconsciously we don’t really want it. There’s a conflict and the unconscious is more powerful and it wins.

So ask yourself: What could go wrong if I had this goal? Why wouldn’t I want this to happen?

Write without editing or thinking, see what comes up. And then you can see what’s on your mind, stopping you.

🧚‍♂️And one last way:

Stay with the emotion that you’re feeling when you have those doubts, that impacience. What does that feeling want to tell you? Close your eyes, feel it in your body, see what comes up, the stories that are stopping you.

Just feeling the feeling liberates you from the conditioning . And listening to the stories that come up, without believing them, liberates you to. You’ll be aware of what’s going on in your mind, and it has less power over you.

🌷 So here are the 3 things you can do:🐉

➡️ 1. Meditate with your Inner Adam and let him tell you how good you’re doing. Celebrate yourself!

➡️ 2. Journal about – why wouldn’t I want this to happen? See the stories that come up and know that they aren’t true. Look for proof of the contrary.

➡️ 3. Stay with your emotions – feel the emotion in your body, listen to the stories that come along and just be the observer. You are the observer, the one who is listening, and not the one talking. Again, work with the stories, like in point #2.
