Recently I’ve decided that I’m going to do everything I don’t feel like doing (and especially if I don’t feel like it). Sounds confusing? You’ll understand better below ;) It’s something I always did with physical exercise. One rule I’ve learned that makes sense to me is: “If I don’t feel like exercising, then I should exercise.” Simply because exercise gives me energy. I’m often very tired and when I exercise, I get 1000 times better. I feel energetic again despite spending energy – theoretically.
