Stop the Excuses (and Receive What You Really Want)

Today I want to tell you about stopping the excuses. We all have excuses for lots of things. Excuses for not going to the gym, not eating what we know it’s best for us,  excuses not to do the work we know is the most important. Excuses for everything. Not to clean the kitchen at night, to not go try a new place, to not buy tickets for an Ed Sheeran concert (I’ll tell you more about this later ;)). But excuses are just things that our mind tells us, so we stop. To protect us from the unknown. To protect us from change. For example: if you want to start going to the gym every day, it’s a change in your life. What does that mean?
