How to Follow Through (+ Be More Confident)

Today I want to tell you about how to follow through with what you decide, even (and especially), if you don’t feel like it! Recently I’ve decided that I’m going to do everything I don’t feel like doing (and especially if I don’t feel like it). Sounds confusing? You’ll understand better below ;) It’s something I always did with physical exercise. One rule I’ve learned that makes sense to me is: “If I don’t feel like exercising, then I should exercise.” Simply because exercise gives me energy. I’m often very tired and when I exercise, I get 1000 times better. I feel energetic again despite spending energy – theoretically. I don’t know why, but I started applying this in other areas of my life.
